Simple, hard-wearing and ingenious, the TEX.10 produces "interiors" of all forms, finely cut from ganache, praline, marzipan, shortbread dough and other products.
Possibility for continuous production of "truffles" and "muscadines" with an enrober. Production: from 20 to 35 kg/hour by a single operator.
