How does a chocolate spinning machine work?

Magnets

Fill your moulds with tempered chocolate, close them, then attach them to the arms: they are held by magnets.
Variable speed
2. Start the rotation
Set the speed on the control panel. The arms rotate, with mould vibration and ventilation.
Hollow figures
3. Demould
Once the chocolate has crystallised, open the mould: your hollow figure is ready.
