Semi-automatic moulding line

HML 240 moulding line

The HML 240 is a semi-automatic moulding line designed for artisans: it mechanises the handling of polycarbonate moulds to produce bars, moulded chocolates and shells at a steady pace. Connected to your tempering machine, it fills the moulds by overflow, scrapes them, vibrates them and turns them over at the end of the line. The result: faster, more consistent production than by hand. Compatible with GOLD 4 and GOLD 6, CRYSTAL and TEMPO tempering machines.

How it works

From empty mould to finished mould

The moulds move from one station to the next by themselves: you load them at the entrance and collect them at the exit.

Load

1. Load the moulds

Stack up to 20 moulds in the loader: it places them one by one on the line.

Fill

2. Overflow filling

Your tempering machine fills each mould with tempered chocolate, by overflow.

Scrape

3. Double scraping

A double scraper removes the excess chocolate: the moulds come out clean.

Vibrate

4. Vibration

The vibrating table spreads the chocolate and drives out air bubbles.

Turn over

5. Turning over

For shells and hollow figures, the mould is turned over at the end of the line.

Unload

6. Collect the moulds

All that remains is to remove the moulds by hand, ready for cooling.
