Its aluminium base and single-wire stainless steel frames give a clean, precise cut of centres, in squares, rectangles or diamonds. 3. Turn and cut again

What is the difference between the AS 30, AS 40 and AS 50 Pro guitar cutters?
The number of frames supplied. The AS 30 Pro comes with 3 frames (22.5 – 30 – 37.5 mm), the AS 40 Pro with 4 frames (15 – 22.5 – 30 – 37.5 mm) and the AS 50 Pro with 5 frames (15 – 22.5 – 30 – 37.5 – 45 mm). The usable base is the same: 37 × 37 cm.
What is a double-arm guitar cutter?
The ASD double guitar cutter has two frames, lowered one after the other without having to handle the slab. It is designed for large productions of squares or rectangles: a lot of time is saved and the product cannot be damaged.
Which cutting sizes are possible?
The standard frames cut at 15, 22.5, 30, 37.5 or 45 mm, on a 7.5 mm pitch. The guitar cutters are also available with a 7 mm or 5 mm pitch, and other sizes are possible on request.
What is included with the AS Pro guitar cutter?
It comes with its frames, a pick-up plate, the tools for adjusting the wires and a set of spare parts. The stainless steel support table on castors, with frame storage, is available as an option.
