OUR HISTORY

OVER 50 YEARS SERVING CHOCOLATE MAKERS

SAVY GOISEAU’S NEW NAME.

The Story of French Craftsmanship 🇫🇷

1958 – The Beginnings

Pierre Goiseau founded Goiseau Guittot in Vernouillet. The company specializes in the manufacture of custom machinery for the automotive industry and mechanical subcontracting.

The 1970s – The Chocolate Adventure

In collaboration with Cacao Barry and Savy Sife, the first French enrober designed for artisan chocolatiers was developed. It was an instant success: more than 2,000 MS 2000 enrobers were manufactured in less than ten years.

1983 – Birth of SAVY GOISEAU

Goiseau Guittot acquires Savy Sife and becomes SAVY GOISEAU. Following his father’s death, Didier Goiseau takes over the company and refocuses it entirely on equipment for chocolate manufacturing.

1995 – A Strategic Alliance

SAVY GOISEAU has partnered with HACOS, a Belgian specialist in industrial equipment for the chocolate industry. Peter Van Meulenbeke, Patrick Ducornait, and Didier Goiseau have become partners. This alliance brings together two complementary areas of expertise: HACOS for the industrial sector and SAVY GOISEAU for the artisan sector.

2026 – A Shared Identity

After more than 30 years of collaboration, SAVY GOISEAU and HACOS are creating a shared identity to bring together their teams, expertise, and innovations. This new organization allows us to offer a comprehensive range of solutions, from small businesses to large-scale industry, while maintaining the values that have built our reputation for over 50 years.

Today

More than 6,000 machines are in use by chocolatiers around the world. Together, SAVY HACOS is committed to a shared goal: designing robust, durable, and high-performance equipment for chocolate professionals.
